1. DATA WE COLLECT We collect information to provide and improve our services:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number.

• Audio Data: Voice recordings for learning analysis (processed via third-party AI providers).

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage analytics (Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).

2. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING We share data with cloud providers, payment processors (Stripe/PayPal), and AI technology providers solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. We do not sell your personal data.

3. B2B DATA PROCESSING In B2B relationships, the Client organization is the "Data Controller" of employee data, and Spacehint Inc. is the "Data Processor." We do not use corporate data or internal content for our own marketing purposes.

4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

• Deletion: Users may delete their accounts via the app settings. This permanently erases all profile data, progress, and audio files.

• Tax Records: We retain financial transaction records for 7 years as required by US tax law (IRS), even after an account is deleted.

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY The Platform is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
