1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Spacehint Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 23593, Dover, DE, 19904, US. By accessing the website snt.plus and the Spacehint mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization (B2B), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions (Monthly/Annual) renew automatically. Your payment method will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the full subscription period.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store your credit card information.
Refund Policy: All sales of digital content and subscriptions are final. Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to the policies of Apple and Google.
3. B2B CORPORATE DASHBOARD AND CONTENT
Ownership of Corporate Content: B2B clients may upload their own courses, videos, and materials. All such content remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Client. Spacehint Inc. claims no ownership over these materials.
Technical License: The Client grants Spacehint Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display the Client’s content solely for the Client’s designated employees.
Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for the legality and copyright compliance of its uploaded content.
Data Export: Corporate clients have the right to request an export of their data and content prior to account deletion.
4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) DISCLAIMER The Platform utilizes third-party AI service providers for voice analysis and content generation. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SPACEHINT INC. DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED FEEDBACK OR RESPONSES.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY DELAWARE LAW, SPACEHINT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, US. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in the State of Delaware.
